I don't have a digital image of my real estate. Can I advertise anyway? You don't need to have an digital image to be able to advertise at the CEEhouse webpages. Al you have to provide for is an ordinary photograph of your real estate. CEEhouse to your advertisment. No extra costs will be charged for that.Of course, it is also possible to advertise text only. What will I be charged for my advertisement on the CEEhouse webpages? Nothing at all! Advertising on this is completely free of charge! No advertisements costs will be charged, neither in advance nor after an advertised object has been sold. How do I contact the advertisers of real estate? The only thing you have to do is to click the "info"-button of the advertisment you want to know more about. The the actual advertisement page will be shown. Each advertisment contains the data that is neccessary to contact the advertiser. You can contact the advertiser yourself. Each advertisment contains information about the languages in which the advertiser is able to correspond. If you do not speak one of the mentioned correspondence languages, Eger Ingtalan is pleased to offer you help against a fairly low rate. I do not speak (sufficient) Hungarian, but I am interested in buying real estate in Hungary. What do I have to do? I don't speak Hungarian, but I am interested in buying real estate in Hungary. What do I have to do? If you only wish for extra information on the advertised real estate and you do not speak one of the correspondence languages as mentioned in the advertisement, Eger Ingatlan will be pleased to help. Only a small fee will be charged for that. If you have actual plans to negotiate and possibly want to buy real estate, Eger Ingatlan will be pleased to refer you to one of the independent contact persons. These contact persons speak German, Dutch and English and are familiar with the Hungarian language, culture and legal system as well. They are reliable and have good relations with several Hungarian lawyers, notaries and real estate agents. They are also familiar with the customs of sale of real estate in Hungary and have ample experience with mediation of real estate trade, especially in cases in which one of the parties is foreign. If I buy a house that is advertised on the CEEhouse webpages, what do I owe CEEhouse? There are no conditions that restrict visiting the CEEhouse webpages, nor will any obligations toward Eger Ingatlen result form reacting on an advertisment. If you decide to see or buy a house that is advertised on the CEEhouse webpages you do not owe us anything. CEEhouse only facilitates contact between advertisers and (potential) buyers. Whether you come to an agreement with one of the advertisers and how you deal with this is entirely up to you and the advertiser you negotiate with. |
